How do attorneys become licensed to offer investment advice?
PLEASE NOTE: Atlantic Financial is now a Registered Investment Advisor with Atlantic Financial - AF Asset Management Corp. and is not affiliated with any broker dealer or FINRA member firm. TrustArk serves as a consultant to assist law firms who are interested in offering investment services.
Atlantic Financial's Attorney Registration Program enables attorneys to become registered with FINRA in order to give investment advice.
Attorneys can now increase their level of client service and revenue by assisting clients with investment needs.
Attorneys would then have the same abilities and licenses as registered brokers at major investment firms.
Attorneys who are also FINRA registered are able to offer:
- Over 12,000 Mutual Funds
- Retirement Planning
- Pension Plans Including 401(k) Plans
- Stocks from All Exchanges
- US Government and Municipal Bonds
- Corporate Bonds
- CDs
- Insurance (Additional License Required)
- Managed Accounts from over 20,000 Money Management Firms
- Leading Mutual Funds
Attorneys who participate in the Atlantic Financial's Attorney Registration Program are not tied to any proprietary investment services or products. Once this new practice area is set up, you are able to offer far more than most law firms. The additional financial services provided have the potential to improve service for current clients and attract new clients through positive publicity and referrals.
